The Vision

To improve the quality of healthcare provided via Integrated Care within the community and make best use of space within the hospital.

Our Role

We were appointed as Project Manager to review the initial proposals and concept design to ensure it reflects the clients’ vision and requirements and can be delivered within the agreed project budget. We provided a full description of the fit out works to reflect the user’s requirements and carried out a competitive two stage tender process to ensure the works were within the Trust’s budget.

It was important that the completion date was not affected, so we reviewed the programme to create more design time for the team, and ensured that the project provided the most efficient and beneficial facility that meets the strict requirements of both the clinicians and users.
