The Vision

A mixed use development for Great Portland Estates on Regent Street to provide 40,000 sq ft of new modern Cat ‘A’ specification office space spread over six floors, four residential apartments and retail units at ground level.

The building required partial demolition, horizontal and vertical extensions and a new core whilst one retail tenant was in occupation throughout the duration of the project.

The project has achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating for the commercial offices and CFSH level 3 rating for the residential units. The retail works included reconfiguration of the existing retail tenant unit and provision of two new retail shell units.

Our Role

We are appointed to act as Project Manager for the delivery of the project. During the soft strip phase and main construction phase we also acted as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent respectively.

Our role includes day to day coordination and direction between the client, the design and construction teams. Great Portland Estates approached us in relation to this project, on the basis of prior demanding projects that we managed for them.
