The Project
The vision for the project was to create a new central business district in Stockport. The area benefits from considerable transport links in the North West, making it a popular destination for businesses and the perfect place to offer Grade A office space in a central location.
Phase 2 delivered 50,000 sq. ft. of office space throughout a modern five-storey building. The scheme also features ground-level retail space and a Holiday Inn hotel with 115 guestrooms. The completion of the whole scheme will ultimately deliver further office space along with new and attractive public spaces outside the railway station.
Buro Four provided pre-construction project management advice and contract administration during the development. The award-winning development is now home to Holiday Inn, Sainsbury’s and musicMagpie.
