The Vision

Our Role

Our appointment on this scheme came prior to planning consent being granted and we were able to support the client to help them devise a viable scheme and secure planning permission for it.

Our review of the development, included the establishment of a structure to engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders for this complex mixed-use regeneration project.

We were able to save significant time and cost through the production of thoroughly integrated and managed programmes.
