Phase 3 is now on site and will comprise of the final 216 homes, as well as, significant improvements to the access of Canning Town Station from Mary Street.

We have assisted Muse Developments in delivering phase 1 of the Rathbone Market scheme for English Cities Fund (ECF).  This phase comprised 271 residential units being delivered in 20 months using unitised cladding and modular pod construction.
