The Vision

To create a new headquarters that helps to maintain QVC’s position as the UK’s leading television-based, multi-channel retailer, and that will drive the business forward.

Our Role

We acted as project manager, employer's agent and move manager from the early stages of the project. We worked with the client to develop the brief for building by examining their business requirements and the detailed daily logistics of the building, people and processes. This insight allowed us to manage the design and delivery of a building that now allows the seamless flow of products and people, as well as creating the right atmosphere for guests and clients. A clear understanding of their requirements also allowed us to negotiate one less storey to be built as part of the base build. The building we delivered gives QVC the flexibility to sell more diverse products and increases their potential as a business.
