One Berkeley Street

The £300m prime residential-led mixed use development in the Mayfair conservation area. In addition to 60 luxury apartments and penthouses, the development will also deliver a luxury hotel with restaurant and leisure facilities, retail at ground floor and new public square in Dover Yard. We are providing both Design Management and Project Management services. We defined and led an architectural competition, driving value and innovation from the design, gleaning a very positive response from both the client and competing architect.

The Vision

To produce a beautiful addition to the Piccadilly streetscape and create a building worthy of being opposite The Ritz.

The prime residential-led mixed use scheme will provide luxury apartments and hotel, as well as, new shops and a new public square in Dover Yard.

Our Role

Providing both Design Management and Project Management services, we ran the design competition, managed the appointment of the remaining team members and have so far led the team through a successful planning application process.

Buro Four are excited to be providing full project management services through to delivery of the scheme.
