The Salford Central Masterplan covers 50 acres around the main road of Chapel Street, Salford Central Station and the Adelphi and Bexley Square Conservation Area. Chapel Street and New Bailey are the two major inter-dependent, yet individual and distinctive elements of the Salford Central development. The masterplan has been designed by Glenn Howells, RHWL and Urban Initiatives
Buro Four have provided Project Management for the office development and Employer's Agent for all schemes. Our role has involved the coordination of these first projects within the masterplan, procuring contractors, developing detailed phasing plans for construction and managing interfaces, liaising heavily with network rail, and liasing with end users including Premier Inn.
