Two new 10-storey and 15-storey towers which will contain 90 and 135 residential units for PRS. The scheme is the first residential development in zone A of the English Cities Fund Salford Central Masterplan. Future phases of the development will deliver a further 1000 units.
The Salford Central Masterplan covers 17 hectares around the main road of Chapel Street, Salford Central Station and the Adelphi and Bexley Square Conservation
Area. Chapel Street and New Bailey are the two major interdependent, yet individual and distinctive elements of the Salford Central development. The masterplan has been designed by Glenn Howells, RHWL and Urban Initiatives.
