National Trust

The creation of a new centre of excellence in Swindon for the UK’s largest conservation charity, bringing its 470 staff under one roof for the first time

The Vision

The National Trust wanted its headquarters to be an example of good environmental practice while providing open, well-designed flexible space that can be adapted to suit changing requirements and modern ways of working.

Our Role

We advised on the selection of a development and funding partner and then provided management services for the whole project, defining and delivering both the construction stage and associated IT and relocation projects.

We also provided strategic facilities and move management advice to ensure that the opportunities for improved culture and new ways of working were maximised.
