A spectacular subterranean geological park in a disused quarry in Dorset celebrating the unique heritage of the Jurassic Coast, with Sir David Attenborough as a Patron.
An ambitious and exciting proposal to construct a large, mostly subterranean visitor attraction in an old quarry on the Isle of Portland in Dorset to showcase the wonders of the ‘Jurassic Coast’ UNESCO World Heritage Site. It will combine displays of fossil material, sourced from the Natural History Museum and local collections, historic archive material from the Royal Society and elsewhere, and interactive and immersive displays, including the use of animatronics, to bring the world of the Mesozoic Era to life.
We are currently providing development management support for the Project Development Stage involving briefing, development strategy, land acquisition, fundraising, communications and design team contracts advice, negotiation and monitoring, advice and planning on Design and Build procurement and putting in place an effective management team.
