The Vision

To refurbish and extend the existing building to maximise floor area and provide high quality Cat A office space.

Our Role

We worked with the client from a very early stage giving development appraisal advice, before being appointed to project manage the full scheme including carrying out team appointments, administering contracts, controlling development expenditure and managing the procurement strategy, as well as construction, completion and handover monitoring.

Our management of the design and M+E coordination resulted in the decision to remove the existing system and replace with a bespoke solution. This decision maximised office NIA and floor to ceiling height to meet the client brief and maximise value.

Special Mention

The building’s double height reception space will be completed and complemented with artwork by renowned UK artist, David Tremlett. David’s work uses pastels hand drawn on to the full length and height of the reception wall. Given its unique and bold nature, the art installation is being filmed to coincide with the building launch.
