To create a luxury residential scheme, in an exciting part of London. Located adjacent to the waterside at the City Road Basin, the tower will comprise 190 luxury apartments, with views of the City of London. Designed by UN Studio, it is being built to the standards of Code 4 Sustainable Homes Level 4 and will be a mix of studios to three bed apartments including a penthouse. Facilities include a gym, pool and spa, cinema, car parking and a residents’ club lounge with a terrace at Level 24. Energy for the tower will come from a CHP Plant.
Our role was initially to advise Orion through the due diligence process, prior to buying the site from the previous owners. Initially, we liaised closely with the previous design team and advisors, to highlight the key issues for Orion in purchasing the development. We then put a management plan in place to ensure the optimal delivery of an evolving project.
