The Vision

To provide brand new state of the art teaching facilities in the heart of London on an existing complex site.

Our Role

UBS – the Academy sponsor appointed us as Construction Project Manager on the project just after the funding agreement stage.  We were brought in to manage a number of complex challenges, including the resolution of procurement concerns.

Our role in the delivery of the new academy, included demolition of the existing school, extensive remediation programme to remove contamination (from previous use) and the construction of the seven storey purpose built Academy building.  The new building consists of a separate sports hall, performance hall and underground car park on a tight, inner City site.
