The Vision

The regeneration of Brentford Lock aims to breathe new life into the area and provide support to the future development of Brentford Town Centre.

Designed by Mae Architects, Phase 2 of the scheme involves the creation of 141 residential units spread over two blocks, with a 102-space underground car park under one of the blocks. The project also includes substantial landscaping, including communal and private gardens, as well as landscaped public areas and mooring improvements alongside the Grand Union Canal.

Our Role

We were appointed to provide project management support and contract administration services to ISIS Waterside Regeneration.

As Project Managers, we are responsible for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of project management techniques and procedures for the successful delivery of this project.

As Contract Administrators we will be responsible for administering the contract between the client and the appointed contractor, advising of any changes to the contract, acting as the link between the client’s design team and the contractor when necessary, and collation of monthly reporting from the contractor and Quantity Surveyor.
