Derwent London appointed us to provide full project management and employer's agent services, including procurement and neighbourhood liaison. We also coordinated the different teams across the masterplan, ensuring efficient working practices by all parties, thus saving on unnecessary costs.
The building we delivered utilises the existing structure by taking it back to the primary concrete frame, with various structural alterations increased the floor space on all levels.
Notable amongst the Angel Building's many industry awards, are its nominations for the 2011 RIBA Stirling Prize and the BCO Award 2011 for Best Commercial Office.
