Redevelopment of a high-profile site in central London, creating 98,000sq ft of modern mixed use space, whilst conserving the historical aspect of the building and the area surrounding it
To provide a mixed use and high quality space, whilst remaining sympathetic to the conservation needs of the area and the client.
Our role with 70 Chancery Lane was to provide full project management services, including employer’s agent services.
Given the nature of the development and a number of complex issues, the project adopted a high-level of risk. In addition to the above services, we also advised Ebble Developments on the most appropriate form of procurement, in order to transfer some of this risk without paying a high premium to the various contractors.
The project was completed in July 2008, within budget.
