The Vision

To create a contemporary luxury hotel in one of London’s most sought after areas that fits into the Dorchester Collection’s impeccable portfolio of unique hotels.

Our Role

We were appointed as project managers by the Dorchester Collection on three of their exciting projects, 45 Park Lane being one of them. Working on the three projects allowed our team to fully understand their overall objectives and business drivers and the specific objectives of each individual scheme.

Our role involved managing the design and construction team through all of the design and construction stages, and ensuring that communication was open between the team and the contractors, so that any potential issues could be identified early on and appropriate solutions devised and implemented.

The project also featured the introduction of an underground tunnel under Park Lane to create a services link between the new development and the existing Dorchester Hotel.

The completed building complements the Dorchester Collection’s portfolio of hotels offering and has been subject to excellent reviews from the public since opening.
