The Vision

To provide high quality and highly sustainable office space within a sought-after area of Midtown, with new retail space and courtyard.

Our Role

Our previous experience of working with Derwent London has given us great insight into their development objectives, particularly their strong allegiance with great design in all of their buildings.

We provided full project management and employers agent services to Derwent London on this project.  We also worked for the architect, Bennetts Associates, providing design management and planning services.

We were initially brought on board to coordinate and conduct a comprehensive review of this scheme, which had been on the drawing board for a number of years.  An updated design proposal was developed, which led to increased values and improved floor plate efficiencies, all within the agreed programme timetable.

The development has now been pre-let to Publicis Group2 and is completed.
