The Vision

To deliver a high-quality office space in the heart of the City of London, whilst providing sensitive design solutions to preserve the historical characteristics of the building and combining it with modern architecture.

Our Role

We were appointed by IVG Developments to provide full project management services on this high-profile refurbishment.  Our role spanned from the management of site purchase and planning to design team management, tenant liaison and the stakeholder management of those existing and future.

From IVG Development’s purchase of the building, we worked closely with them to obtain planning consent, which retained the building’s key characteristics, whilst allowing an extension, which enabled them to add value to it.

As with any complicated refurbishment, problems with development arise if issues are discovered too late. We engaged a separate set of contractors for detailed surveys and investigations at an early stage, this allowed several unforeseen elements to be factored in the project.
