Refurbishment of an existing 1960’s building to provide 100,000 sq ft of a new commercial office space, basement parking, 4 retail units, 7 apartments and 2 penthouse apartments
To redevelop a Westend building, into an efficient and sustainable mixed-use building, without causing disruption to existing tenants.
CORE appointed us during the early stages of the redevelopment, to establish a clear brief that captured their key objectives and the requirements of the project, whilst keeping costs to a minimum.
Our in-house design management team, were able to provide support to the design team, in the structural changes that they were making to the 1960’s concrete building frame, in order to upgrade its look and feel.
As part of the project management service provided, we established a clear tenant liaison in order to ensure that the residents, that occupied the building throughout were kept up to speed and happy with the improvements being made.
The building completed in Summer 2008.
