Construction and fit-out of a 300,000 sq ft speculative, high-quality, office development in the heart of the City of London

The Vision

To provide a high-quality office development with a Cat A fit-out, ensuring intelligently design spaces for flexible use in the future.

Our Role

We carried out a tenant liaison and client representative’s role in this landmark project in the City. Throughout the fit-out period of the development we acted as the Landlord Agent’s for the multi-tenanted building with clients such as Lloyds TSB and JC Flowers solicitors. With this mind, we also provided client liaison services with the tenants’ team to monitor the development process and ensure their scheme efficiently integrated with the existing building fabric and systems.

We also managed a number of landlord works to facilitate the sub-division of the space, providing a separate let-able area with the addition of a new demise wall. This also included segregation and re-routing of the base building systems, such as fire alarms, sprinklers etc.
