Development of 80 apartments of outstanding quality, aimed at an international market
To develop high quality apartments in a prime location, which set a benchmark for luxury living in London.
The apartments are arranged in four pavilions, the top floors of which contain penthouses which define a new benchmark in luxury living. Below the pavilions, the basement areas contain ‘back of house’ services such as car parking, spa, leisure facilities, plant rooms, reception and a link to the adjoining Mandarin Hotel. The existing road link between Knightsbridge and Hyde Park has been maintained. In all, the development covers 63,000 square metres.
We were appointed to provide planning and programming support to the development management team. This included reviewing and validating the contractor's design and build programme, producing detailed plans and programmes of the extensive utilities diversion work to establish the development site, and providing advice on extension of time claims.
