The renovation of the 1970’s office building has begun on site

The transformation of 20 Manvers Street in Bath, has begun. This landmark building is being comprehensively refurbished to provide 45,136 sq. ft. of top quality Grade A office space for spring 2017.
The refurbishment is set to deliver a new spacious reception with full height glazing and high quality finishes, which will provide an outstanding first impression appropriate with the quality of the scheme.
A new fourth floor with full height glazing to all elevations will provide an impressive panoramic view over Bath’s skyline and to the open countryside beyond. The development is set to achieve high environmental standards with BREEAM Very Good, EPC rating B and roof level photovoltaic panels.
A non-material amendment was approved by Bath and North East Somerset Council Planning Department in December 2015 to add a photovoltaic panel array at roof level. This makes the building one of a handful of properties with photovoltaic panels within this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
