The Crown Estate and Muse Developments have received awards at the 2016 Property Awards

The Property Awards 2016, took place at the Grosvenor House on 19 April 2016, where two Buro Four clients came away with awards. Muse Developments picked up Developer of the Year, with special mention going to two projects which we completed with Muse. Following the success, the Sustainability Achievement award was awarded to The Crown Estate, for the regeneration of 7 Air Street.
One New Bailey, Muse Developments
One New Bailey is a new office building totalling 125,000 sq. ft., developed by Muse Developments with the aim to create a vibrant business district with the centre of Salford.
Basing View, Muse Developments
Muse Development’s superb 110,000 sq. ft. development created the UK’s largest combined Waitrose and John Lewis at Home store.
7 Air Street, The Crown Estate
Described by judges as ‘an inspiration to other developers’, The Crown Estate was awarded the Sustainability Achievement award for the regeneration of 7 Air Street, the UK’s first listed building to receive an ‘outstanding BREEAM’ rating.
