The redevelopment of 7-12 Leinster Square managed by Alchemi Group has achieved Practical Completion.

Designed by Tate Hindle, the six adjoining Grade II listed properties have been turned into 11 new luxury residences, including five townhouses and six three-bedroom apartments.

The former Leinster Inn Hotel was vacated in 2007 and Nos. 7-12 Leinster Square has stood empty since, in an increasingly dilapidated state. Having worked closely with English Heritage, the redevelopment has brought a new lease of life back to these previously neglected buildings in Notting Hill, with the townhouses situated over basement to first floor level and the lateral apartments on the upper levels, overlooking the gardens which were also refurbished as part of the project.
