We are delighted to announce that Beltane Asset Management has now achieved planning for this exciting office refurbishment in the City of London.

Designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, the refurbishment will see the transformation of the existing building  with a two-storey extension and an expansion of the lower six floors, adding an additional 42,000 sq ft.

The nine-story scheme will also see the infill of the existing atrium, creation of a new roof terrace, and will introduce a new main office entrance on Gresham Street and Wood Street.

Beltane co-founding partner Jonathan Chenery said: “This scheme will create a new corporate headquarters building in one of the City’s most prestigious locations close to the Bank of England, with iconic views of London from the rood terrace. Construction is expected to being in April of Next year with practical completion due in the last quarter of 2017.”

Richard Young, Director at Buro Four, commented “We are pleased that our project with Beltane has achieved planning and look forward to a successful project.”
