The Project
The objective of Crosstree Real Estate is to provide a class-leading building. The building will be worthy of its prestigious location opposite The Ritz.
The task is to develop a premium hotel with restaurant and leisure facilities. There will also be 60 luxurious apartments and further retail space. The design boasts an interesting façade that exploits the concrete floorplates and cladding to form fluted walls in between.
Buro Four is providing project management and design management services. We are leading the team through the planning application process and successfully organised an architectural competition. This resulted in Sir David Adjaye’s architectural firm designing the building.
