The Vision

To create high quality office space just outside of the City of London, by taking a tired 1980s building in a prominent location and turning it into an attractive place to work and shop.

Our Role

Derwent London’s strategy is to add value to buildings, through creative planning, high quality architectural design and enterprising lease management.

Our relationship with Derwent London spans many years and we pride ourselves with having a great understanding of their business and of the product they are looking to produce.  This successful working relationship and mutual understanding of one another certainly added to the success of the project.

Derwent London appointed us to provide full project management and employer's agent services, including procurement and neighbourhood liaison.  We also coordinated the different teams across the masterplan, ensuring efficient working practices by all parties, thus saving on unnecessary costs.

The building we delivered utilises the existing structure by taking it back to the primary concrete frame, with various structural alterations increased the floor space on all levels.
