Practical Completion achieved at 20 Manvers Street

West Midland Pension Fund and CBRE Global Investors’ extensive refurbishment of 20 Manvers Street, Bath, has reached practical completion, marking a significant project milestone.

The existing 1970s office building is located within a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was comprehensively refurbished with a modern, yet sympathetic design, by Architect’s Stride Treglown. This includes a new double height ground floor reception and new fourth floor to provide 44,994 sq. ft. of top quality Grade A office space. The project has achieved high environmental standards with photovoltaic panels. The project is set to achieve BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and has achieved an EPC Rating A.
