The Project
The Cambridge Biomedical Campus is a healthcare and biomedical research centre of international status. Abcam aimed to bring together three existing offices under one roof to increase the efficiency and innovation of the organisation.
In addition to increased office space, there were also three storeys of laboratory space with a brand new atrium connecting the two. The building will support our clients' mission to accelerate discovery in life sciences.
Buro Four provided project management and employer’s agent services for the duration of the project. This involved the successful coordination of separate shell and core, and then fit out designs into a single contract.
