We began working with Spear in early 2014. Spear’s six-week youth employment training initiatives give participants a chance to learn skills that will make them successful job candidates and employees. We are pleased to be part of Spear’s hands-on job training initiatives and host company visits that offer participants insight into achieving success in any work environment and provide them the opportunity to troubleshoot and problem solve through interactive team building activities. Additionally, our employees volunteer at Spear’s mock interview days; giving participants a chance to test their interview skills and receive constructive feedback for future job interviews. We look forward to continuing our commitment to Spear’s life-improving training initiatives in the coming years.
